SAMAEL \"Worship him\" [GREY VINYL!]

The debut album of the Swiss black metallers "Worship Him" was released in 1991 by Osmose Productions, and was the first release of the label ever. After a solid streak of incredibly good demos, Samael debut with this masterpiece of European black metal. Hands down one of the most unique and original albums of that era, "Worship him" went against the norm and chose to focus on atmosphere instead of sheer brutality. This album is a slow paced, lavic and sulphurous pinnacle of evil, oozing black magic vibes from each note. The occult and devilish feeling of this album is unparalleled standing out among its peers. A lot of the future aural experiments that made Samael a beast on its own are present here, but the heavy curtain of malignancy spreads all over these songs. This is a work of art and put Samael immediately at the top of their game. Absolutely mandatory.
