Dracula is one of those Evil thrash metal bands from Russia that only existed as tape dubs in the 90's. Musically Dracula shares a lot of similarities with other forgotten cults like Abadonna, SS-20, and P.O.S.T., probably because they were all listing to the same 10 tape dubs that made it across the iron curtain in the late 80's from East Germany. There's an obvious nod to the old German thrash trifecta of Destruction, Sodom, and Kreator, but recorded with very thin production value using soviet era equipment. As usual, the goal was to keep the layout aesthetic appropriate to the era and purposely kept the jacket sparse and raw like their music.
