One of the strongest exports of Finnish Doom/Death Metal, Hooded Menace, has traveled a long way since the band's 2007 demo titled The Eyeless Horde. Having recorded several splits, EPs and three full-length albums so far, it was the right time to get something a bit more special out for the fans. Gloom Immemorial has nearly 76 minutes of rare and hard-to-get Hooded Menace stuff. This collection has everything even the first versions of such well-known Hooded Menace tunes as "Fulfill the Curse" and "The Eyeless Horde" originally on the band's 2-track demo recorded back in 2007. Crispy, heavily Doom-laden, underground Death Metal is what Hooded Menace was all about back in the day and what they remain about today. Nothing has changed in core sound of Hooded Menace; they still creep up our necks like an army of raunchy zombies going to filthy flesh orgies. Feel those blood-craving teeth deep in your neck yet?
